Delay in receiving order notifications

The issue with mail notifications being delayed is now resolved.

As of now you must have already received all the notifications from the queue to your admin mailbox. The customers received the emails too.

We are very sorry for the troubles caused by that.

We are still facing issues with emails. The admin and customer email notifications are being delivered slowly.

The notifications are not lost and they will definitely come to your mailbox once the queue gets sorted out. The estimated time of delivery for each new notification is 5 - 15 minutes. In some cases the emails may come faster.

The new orders appear in your Ecwid Control Panel with no delay, so please check the "My Sales" section for the incoming orders.

The orders can also be seen instantly after they are placed with incoming push notifications through our apps for mobile devices: iOS and Android.

Investigating
We are having issues with admin and customer email notifications about recently placed orders. They are currently delivered with a delay of about 10 - 15 minutes. These delayed notifications are now queued. No mail has been lost and all queued mail will be delivered in the order it was queued. We are terribly sorry about this.

The new orders appear in your Ecwid Control Panel with no delay, so please check the "My Sales" section for the incoming orders.

The orders can also be seen instantly after they are placed with incoming push notifications through our apps for mobile devices: iOS and Android.

Our engineers are investigating the problem right now. Please, accept our sincere apologies for the troubles.
