Orders are not displayed in the Control Panels

The problem has been fixed. All orders are shown in Ecwid admin > My Sales > Orders.

Monitoring
A fix has been implemented and now, the orders placed on May 3, 2020, from 02:00 UTC to 6:00 UTC should be visible in Ecwid admin > May Sales > Orders.
We're still monitoring the happened problem, the next update will be in 30 minutes.

Investigating
Orders placed on May 3, 2020, from 02:00 UTC to 6:00 UTC aren’t displayed in the Ecwid admin > My sales > Orders section. The stores and checkout pages are well-operating, so you should be getting new orders as usual. It is just that you can’t view them in the Ecwid admin.

We are urgently looking into this. In the meantime, you can check for order details in the email notifications. When a customer places an order, you will receive an email with the order details.

We are sorry for this issue.
All orders should be displayed back under “My Sales” within the next 1 hour. The next update is in 30 minutes.
