We have restored the service, all Ecwid stores are now up and running. All data (products, orders, store settings etc) is safe.

Our engineers have found the source of this issue and the estimated time of the fix is 10 minutes. We will post an update once this situation is resolved.

Ecwid is having troubles with one of the servers: about 6% of the storefronts and control panels may be loading slowly. Our engineers are already fixing the services.
